After-Hours Rental of 139 9th Street

Rentals can start the hour the shop closes: between 4pm and 6pm depending on the day.

Rentals are on a full-night, nightly basis. You can have the space up until business hours the following day: 7am.

You may move as much furniture as you like, bring anything in, take anything out, but return the shop to exactly the way you found it by the time you leave.

Please bag and tie all of your trash and put it into the big green bin at the end of the night.

The rental fee is a sliding scale $400-600. Pay whatever is comfortable for you.

Half of the rental fee is due upon booking to secure your date and is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than day-of.

Payment can be made via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
