Overview

Event organizers are able to rent 139 9th St after business hours.

All after-hours rentals are managed by The Eel Pit.

Basics

Sliding scale $300 to $600 for the night.
Organizers have full access to the space from closing time until 7am the next morning.
Legal capacity 75 people.
Outside food and drink is allowed with prior notice.
Barista available behind bar for your event at $50/hour, 4 hour minimum.
Minimal musical backline available at no extra fee - please ask for details.
Events may be ticketed via organizer.
